Cancellation Policy / Rebooking
- We kindly request a courtesy of a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rebookings. A $99 rebooking fee will be applied.
- Trip Protection Reservations: Purchasing Trip Protection allows Guests to cancel at any time, for any reason, up to 6 hours before departure and receive a refund of the original purchase price.
- Refunds will be for the full reservation amount, minus the cost of Trip Protection and processing fees (33% total).
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the flight will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rebooking will be provided.
Trip Protection
- Trip Protection offers enhanced flexibility:
- Cancel for any reason up to 6 hours before departure, and receive a refund.
- Refunds exclude the cost of Trip Protection and processing fees (33% total).
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before departure are considered no-shows, with no refund or rebooking.
- Not valid with 3rd party sales.
Sales and Refunds
- All sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless Trip Protection is purchased.
- Passengers are encouraged to book tours early in their stay to allow flexibility for rebooking if needed.
Refusal of Service and Pilot Authority
- The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed a threat or unfit to fly due to national security concerns.
- The Pilot in Command (PIC) has the final authority to decide whether to proceed with the flight or not.
Compliance with Pilot Instructions
- Passengers are required to follow all instructions provided by the pilot.
- Failure to comply may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.
Inappropriate Sexual Activity
- Inappropriate sexual activity on the plane is strictly prohibited.
- If such activity occurs, the flight will be terminated, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- If the tour is affected by adverse weather, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), or unforeseen maintenance issues as determined by the pilot, passengers may rebook their tour at no additional cost.
- No refunds will be given unless Trip Protection has been purchased.
Identification and Waivers
- All adults must bring a valid picture ID and complete the online waiver before the flight.
- If a passenger fails to provide a valid ID, the tour will be canceled, and no refund or rebooking will be provided.
Passenger Changes
- To change the name of each passenger on a reservation, a $99 fee will apply.
Weight Limitations
- The total combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 lbs.
- The maximum weight per individual passenger is 250 lbs.
- Passengers may be weighed to ensure compliance with weight restrictions.
- If the weight limitation is exceeded, a $99 fee will be charged to recalculate the weight and balance and takeoff performance for the aircraft.
No Shows
- Passenger who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for rebooking or a refund.
- If a guest arrives more than 10 minutes past the scheduled departure time, it will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or rebooking.
Arrival and Late Policy
- We understand that Los Angeles traffic can be unpredictable, and we encourage passengers to plan accordingly.
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
- After this grace period, the passenger will be marked as a no-show with no refund or rebooking.
Food and Drink Policy
- No food or drinks are allowed onboard unless specifically authorized by the pilot.
No Smoking Policy
- Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited on all flights.
Cleaning Fee
- A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if a passenger misses the provided sick bag.
Flight Training
- Experiences are guided by Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) and may include hands-on flight time; they are intended for recreational purposes only.
- These tours do not count toward FAA flight training hours and do not constitute formal flight instruction.
Pilot for a Day
- One passenger may take the controls (workload permits) for a portion of the flight under the guidance of a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) at no extra charge.
- Pilot tips are appreciated but not required.
Weather Conditions and Safety Precautions
- The Pilot in Command has the ultimate responsibility for flight safety and may cancel or terminate a tour at any time if safety concerns arise.
- This includes tours planned for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and proposals. No exceptions will be made.
- Sunsets may vary depending on cloud cover, haze, or other atmospheric conditions. Visibility of the sun and the skyline is not guaranteed.
Accessibility Notice
- Please note: Our aircraft is not handicap accessible. Passengers must be able to board the aircraft independently.
Marine Layer Conditions and Refunds
- In some instances, a marine layer may form during or shortly before the flight, reducing visibility and making it unsafe or unenjoyable to proceed.
- The Pilot in Command may choose to return early or cancel the flight if visibility is compromised. A rebooking will be provided at no extra cost.
- In such cases, passengers who did not purchase Trip Protection are not eligible for a refund.
- We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection to ensure flexibility in the event of weather-related issues, including marine layer interference.
